ALONA VINÇ
Alona Vinç is a visual artist based in Mallorca, working across moving image, photography, video mapping and immersive visual experiences. With a background in Fine Arts and more than ten years working with visuals, her practice explores the relationship between image, light, texture and space.
Her work often begins with a feeling, a place or a collection of visual references. From there, she creates a unique visual language for each project — combining organic forms, colour, movement and atmosphere to transform spaces and create moments that feel both intimate and unexpected.
BETWEEN ART & IMAGE
Before working with moving image, there was painting, drawing and photography. That background still shapes the way I create today — through colour, composition, texture and an instinctive way of building images.
My work has gradually expanded into projection, video mapping and immersive environments, but the intention remains the same: to create images that are not only seen, but felt.
Beyond the screen
I’m interested in images that become part of a space rather than simply existing on a screen. Through projection, video mapping and moving image, visuals can interact with architecture, objects and light — transforming a place, even if only for a moment.
I believe
The most interesting work happens when there is room to explore, experiment and create something unexpected. I’m drawn to projects with a strong identity — where image, space and emotion can come together to create something that feels truly unique.
